Full Design Process

An initial on-site meeting is conducted. By exploring your space, we will see its potential and challenges. Through chatting and getting to know you, we will understand your requirements, expectations, and timescale, and be able to answer any questions. If you are happy to proceed with us, a detailed brief and proposal will be delivered after this visit.

Upon commissioning the brief and proposal, we proceed with a thorough site survey. This involves precise measurements and detailed photography to accurately document the space, including buildings, trees, soil, as well as the surrounding atmosphere. In cases where the garden is complex or expansive, we may enlist the expertise of a land surveyor.

This stage marks an exciting milestone in our journey together. The presentation of sketches including 2D and 3D, accompanied by mood boards showcasing the materials, plants, and styles, will be delivered. This is the most collaborative stage where we work with you, to ensure every element of the design is as per brief, and if necessary, make changes.

After the concept design is approved, a comprehensive master plan along with a set of detailed drawings will be developed. Planting plans, setting out plans, construction details, specifications, lighting plans and drainage and irrigation plans will be drawn up depending on projects. Landscape contractors will be able to quote and build based on these documents.

We work with trusted local contractors and suppliers to build gardens. If required, we can also assist in monitoring the construction process and setting out the planting to ensure everything is executed according to the design.

Quality of aftercare is crucial to ensure the establishment of plants and the continuation of the garden’s beauty. We provide aftercare advice to help you maintain your new space.
Planting Design & Styling
As an alternative to full-scale design, this service provides expert guidance on transforming the overall look of your garden based on the existing hard landscaping. This may involve tailored advice on new plant selection, resizing and reshaping borders, as well as recommendations for lighting, stylish planters, furniture upgrades, or captivating features. It's a popular choice among clients seeking to rejuvenate their outdoor spaces after years or to spruce up their garden's aesthetics before listing their home on the market.
To achieve the renovation, we start from an in-person consultation and site visit, also followed by a brief and proposal. Once approved, we proceed with crafting the planting plan or other related plan, and sourcing features to bring your vision to life.
